         As one of his visions to work in the community, Bobby W. Harris founded
The DOT Organization, Inc. as a charitable and educational means of addressing community concerns. Mr. Harris has determined that a remedy to many of these issues is the leadership of and influence on community teens. His experience in community affairs, teen, and senior programs spans decades, but recent statistics have called him to step forward and make additional strides in partnering with local, state, and federal organizations to create a better and safer community for all of its residents.
