CEO Biography
Bobby Harris, CEO and Founder of The DOT Organization, Inc.
Mr. Bobby W. Harris has been a resident of South Jersey since 1971. Although community business owners, leaders, and residents have given him many titles of honor and respectability, (i.e. “Business Man of the Year”, “Omega Man of the Year”, and “Citizen of the Year”), his continued work in the community proves that he is indeed an outstanding New Jersey citizen.

• Omega Man of the Year
• Sicklerville Mayor’s Advisory Board
• Founder, CEO, and Board President of A.B.L.E. (Association of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs)
• Board Member of Winslow Township Network
• Fundraising Chairman of Christ Care Unit Missionary Baptist Church
• Founding member Pi Kappa Kappa Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity
• Recipient of NAACP Outstanding Citizen Award
• Entrepreneur – Spotlight Company, Carolina Beauty Supplies, Carolina Beauty Salon
• Organizer/sponsor of various walk-a-thon and golf outings that provided scholarship for college student
Mr. Harris has been an accomplished entrepreneur in the South Jersey area for more than 25 years. He has partnered with large corporations such as Verizon, Washington Gas, Soft Sheen, Philadelphia School Board, Proline, and Dudley’s and intends to call upon these and other companies to assist him in his community efforts. Mr. Harris is a pillar in his community and, as part of a solid foundation, has committed himself and his organization to building a better community for South Jersey residents.
