DOT Scholarship Fund

The DOT Organization believes in helping disadvantaged children and youth in their efforts to further their education beyond high school. Our Scholarship Fund allows us to provide a concrete contriubution to help our youth and eliminate barriers for those who are in need of financial assistance. Camp DOT - Summer Camp
|
Our summer camp is open to children ages 8 to 12 in the Winslow area. It will be held in June. Stay tuned for photos from this event. Each year DOT offers a few 'camp scholarships' for kids who cannot afford the camp fee. The number of slots available each depends largely on the availability of extra funds. Historical Black Colleges & Universities Tour
|
This is a popular trip amongst our local youth. Our goal is to provide juniors and seniors with this exposure to a college setting ahead of time, to help high school juniors and seniors explore collegiate options first hand. They are able to ask questions of the staff and the students and learn more about each college or university. For this trip we also try to offer scholarships for those students who cannot afford the fees. To donate towards a HBCU Tour Scholarship see below. | |
